Our main class is CrossFit, which aims to develop all areas of fitness, from strength and cardio to balance and coordination. We also offer specialty classes to help develop skills and strength in more specific areas.
All our classes are designed and planned to be scaled down to suit all levels of ability, your effort brings the rewards.

CROSSFIT
Our CrossFit classes are the cornerstone of our programme - constantly varied workouts combining strength, conditioning and skill. Expect a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio, all designed to build a broad, well-rounded level of fitness.
Every session is fully coached and scalable, making it suitable for all ability levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to push your performance.

Our Hybrid classes are designed to give you a well-rounded approach to fitness, combining strength, cardio and purposeful movement in a way that’s accessible, effective and results-driven. Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, or just looking for a solid, structured workout, there’s a class to suit you.

MUMFIT
Mum Fit at Parkside Gym – is our latest class addition designed for new mums seeking a supportive local community of like-minded women. Classes will be specifically tailored to accommodate those keen to build the foundations of fitness. Feel empowered and educated through expert training techniques. And your baby can come too!
Speciality CLASSES
WeightLifting
Our Weightlifting classes focus on the technical development of Olympic lifts—specifically the snatch and clean & jerk. With an emphasis on precision, positioning and control, these sessions are designed to help you move efficiently and lift safely under load.
Ideal for those looking to refine technique, build confidence with the barbell, and progress their lifting in a structured, coached environment.
Gymnastics Workshops
Our monthly Gymnastics Workshops focus on developing specific skills commonly seen in training - such as toes to bar, bar muscle-ups and handstand walks. Each session is centred around one key movement, breaking it down into clear progressions so you can build strength, control and confidence.
The focus rotates based on member demand and what will best support the upcoming training block, giving you targeted practice in a structured, coach-led environment.
