DEVELOPS 10 SKILLS
Comprehensive approach covering strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, and endurance.
SAFETY FIRST
All movements are scaled appropriately, and our coaches are CrossFit Kids certified with extensive experience.
LIFE VALUES
Kids learn respect, friendship, resilience, determination, and teamwork alongside physical fitness.
Class Schedule
Classes are scaled by age and ability, with small group sizes to ensure every child is supported on their fitness journey.
However, each child is on their own fitness journey and we take a pragmatic approach to which class they should attend based individual needs and capabilities.
Our Warriors class runs on a Monday for 8-12 year olds from 3:45pm to 4:30pm
Our Gladiators class runs on a Tuesday for 4-8 year olds from 4pm to 4:45pm
Family Training
Train while your children train! On Saturday mornings, parents can attend a regular CrossFit or Metcon class while their child participates in a CrossFit Kids session at the same time in a separate area. Everyone starts and finishes together.
